Eun-Mi Passmore of Southern Pines joined Fore Properties this year.  Eun-Mi graduated from the University of Central Texas and majored in Business Administration & Marketing.  Her entire life has revolved around the military as her father served in the Army, and her husband Al is currently stationed at Ft. Bragg, where he expects to retire.

Her first hand experience living in an around the military all these years uniquely qualifies her to be an asset to families and individuals being transferred into Ft. Bragg, Pope Air Force base and Camp McCall.

Eun-Mi spent 10 years in management with the Enterprise Rent a Car company, both in Fayetteville and most recently in Southern Pines.

“When Al got transferred to N.C. I was able to make the move here with Enterprise.  It was a great day for me, because I could start my search for my dream home.  We were referred by a friend to a great Realtor, Bill Sahadi, who helped us find our home in the Sandhurst West subdivision, after several showings and lots of disappointments.  We love the people and the peace and quiet that this area brings to us.
